Returns + Exchanges
We hope you love your pieces from KASI. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return items that meet the following eligibility requirements:
• Items must be sent back in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way and must be in a sellable condition, free from marks, stains, or odors.
• Unfortunately, returns will not be accepted if the above requirements are not met and items will be returned to you at your own cost.
Please include your packing slip in your return. Failure to do this may cause a delay in the return process.
Non-Returnable Items:
We cannot accept returns for the following items:
• Items that have been worn, washed, stained, or damaged.
• Items without the original tags and packaging.
• Gift cards.
• Final sale or clearance items.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via customercare@kasiactive.com so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
UK & International Returns
We offer easy returns for UK and International orders through our Returns Portal.
To start a return, follow the steps below using our link:
• We provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.
• A return fee of £3 will be deducted from your refund unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be processed via the original payment method, excluding any delivery costs and the returns fee. Please allow up to 10 working day for the refund to appear in your bank account.
Please note that refused deliveries that are returned to us will be refunded minus the full costs incurred by KASI of the return. If you need to cancel your order, reach out to us before shipment. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact us via customercare@kasiactive.com and we will do our best to assist in locating it.
